Refund policy

NO refunds will be given. Items may be exchanged, for EXACT item only, if returned within 5 days of receipt, in new condition, and in original packaging.

Due to nature in which we process, design, and produce your order, NO cancellations may be made once your order has been placed as they are immediately sent into production.

Please check your order carefully to ensure you have ordered items with the correct specifications.

Ivy Unique Creations reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content, material, etc.
